Anti-plagiarism and borrowings
The journal's editors check submitted articles for originality. Authors must ensure that their work is original. If the authors used the work and/or words of other authors, the expression must be properly cited. Plagiarism takes many forms, from publishing someone else's article as the author's own article, to copying or paraphrasing significant parts of someone else's article (without acknowledgment), to claiming the results of research conducted by others. Plagiarism in all its forms constitutes unethical publishing behavior and is unacceptable. In case of detection of numerous borrowings, the editors act in accordance with the rules of the (Committee on Publication Ethics). If the manuscript does not meet the journal’s design requirements and is not an original work based on the results of the plagiarism check, then it is returned to the author to make appropriate changes and resubmit the manuscript for consideration by the journal’s editorial board.
Articles are not allowed for publication if the percentage of originality does not exceed 75%.
Plagiarism in all its forms is unacceptable and will result in immediate rejection of the article, as well as possible sanctions against the authors. The authors of an article in which a provable fact of plagiarism was discovered or a fact of manipulation with the text was revealed are not allowed to submit articles to the journal «Bulletin of Shakarim University. Series of Pedagogical Sciences» for the next 3 calendar years, either as an author or as a co-author.
During the article submission process, the author must confirm that the article has not been published or accepted for publication in another scientific journal. When referring to a publication published in the journal «Bulletin of Shakarim University. Series of Pedagogical Sciences» article, the publisher asks to post a link (full URL of the material) to the official website of the journal.
